Roadstrut

What is a Roadstrut?

While stationed in Okinawa,  I engaged in a conversation with a local girl, who barely spoke English.   She told me her favorite artist was 'Roadstrut.'  I said I had never heard of 'Roadstrut' before.  She assured me that I had, and that he was very popular world wide.  I asked what songs might I be familiar with.  She said songs like 'Maggie Mae' and 'Hot Legs'.  Anyway. I have used the name for several solo projects since.   Ron Hill
